These terms cover your use of Agentic Chat, a portfolio demo by SHJD Dev. By using the site or chat widget, you agree to them.

What you’re using

Agentic Chat is a showcase / portfolio example. It demonstrates passwordless auth, Convex realtime data, and an AI chat surface. It is provided as-is for exploration — not as a production product, hosted business tool, or contractual service.

Accounts & access

• You may enter as a guest (generated name, ~24h session) or, when enabled, with email OTP (~7d session).
• You are responsible for activity under your session. Don’t try to break, scrape abusively, or overload the demo.
• We may suspend access, wipe data, or take the demo offline at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the demo to:

• Harass others, post illegal content, or attempt to exploit the AI
• Probe for vulnerabilities beyond normal curiosity about a demo
• Submit sensitive personal data, secrets, API keys, or others’ private information
• Impersonate SHJD Dev or claim this demo is an official product offering

AI output

Replies are generated by an AI model and may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Treat them as demo output — not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for how you use any content shown in the chat.

Intellectual property

SHJD Dev branding, this demo’s design, and related materials remain owned by SHJD Dev (and licensors). You may not redistribute the demo as your own product without permission. Third-party libraries keep their own licenses.

No warranties

The demo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind — including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features (including email auth, contact form, or tools) may be incomplete or disabled.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SHJD Dev is not liable for damages arising from use of (or inability to use) this portfolio demo, including loss of data or reliance on AI replies.

Privacy

How guest sessions, chat messages, and AI processing work is described in the Privacy notice. By using the demo you also acknowledge that notice.
